Job Description

Trade Compliance Manager of APAC Trade Management
Job Description:
- Set up export control program for APAC Region ( China, India, ASEAN)  

- Familiar with China and some AP countries’ export and import operations & regulations, FTA, customs accreditation, etc.

- Set- up relationship and reach-out program with regulators in APAC countries

- Lead , deep dive in trade management projects/initiatives relevant to cost saving, Clearance Cycle  Leadtime improvement, improve customer experience.

- Assist in the supervision of import/export activities to ensure shipments are in compliance.

- Work closely with business groups to identify compliance risks and requirements for planned shipments To/From and within the APAC region.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate compliant practices in APAC

- Trade compliance KPI collection, management, detractor analysis, improvement plans for  compliance improvement and efficiencies.

Essential Requirements

- University Degree, overseas experience is preferred

- Mandarin & English fluent

- Demonstrated communication and analytical skills

- 5+ years of experience in export control, customs classification, FTA, license application, customs audit, internal assessment, etc.

- Action and results oriented, flexible, hardworking, team-player and motivator.
