Main Responsibility Area
Nokia IT Technical Solution Owner is responsible for the functions and structure of a specific application/infrastructure solution. He/she ensures the ongoing conformity with global architectures and compliance with IT regulations. Technical Solution Owner understands Demand and Supply Planning Business Processes and will use the knowledge of Statistical Planning, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics to create solutions utilizing different platforms, or specific Demand and Supply Planning related 3rd Party solutions, like E2Open and Kinaxis.
Responsibilities of this role will include:

You will propose, create and define solutions best fitting to the business problems/needs and ensure that solutions are analyzed and planned properly. Supports creation of feature, architectural and solution documentation.

You will define the scope of releases to maximize business impact across an E2E business process considering the change mgmt. implications.

You will challenge solution proposals from Software Vendors and System Integrators to ensure simplicity and usability for the business with a low cost of ownership.

You are designing and implementing machine learning methods/algorithm and respective tools to enable business value from innovative solutions.

You will be the guardian of software platforms to ensure they remain standard.
We are looking for the following qualifications:

Good understanding of Cloud, SaaS, Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models.
- Excellent knowledge of Algorithmic Planning and analytics; data science, data modelling, analytics, machine learning and statistical planning, visualization and big data.
- Very good Business application knowledge in regard of state of the art Planning systems like Kinaxis, E2Open mainly in area of Demand Planning and Statistical Planning including respective configuration knowledge
- Excellent application knowledge of SAP Azure, PowerBI
- Experience in R-programming and rapid prototyping in complex environments
- Capability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
- Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.
- Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.
- Comfortable with agile, DevOps and waterfall methodologies.
- Can guide and lead external project team.
- Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make tradeoff recommendations.
You preferably have:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in information technology, computer science, mathematics or an equivalent qualification, with at least 4-6 years of work experience.
