Technical Sales Lead, MSO Cox
Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge):
- Demonstrated success as technical sales leader in carrier network and data center, preferably in the MSO segment.

At least 10 years of previous technical sales leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Masters desired.

Strong technical background in IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and Optical Networking technologies, Cloud and NFV/SDN, Cable Access (HFC and PON), Network Security, Wireless (5G and 3.5G), and Enterprise Services.

Proven track record of managing and leading a technical sales team to achieve desired sales goals.

Expertise in consultative selling. Capable of supporting complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders and work streams with minimal direction. Ability to anticipate and identify business needs; develop recommendations and solutions.

A self-starter requiring minimal supervision is crucial.

A “Get it Done” attitude is critical. Ability to lead within a team environment

Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes. Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
