The team you’ll be part of

 

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

 

You will be part of creating the next generation System on Chip (SoC) solutions and work as a member of our highly specialized SoC SW team.

 

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to be part of our Core SW team where you will be working with latest 5G and 6G SoC based technologies for future base stations.

Your English language skills allows you to communicate efficiently in our multicultural environment. You have good team working skills, e.g., working together with related area specialists and ability to build network to establish good co-operation over the different SW development areas.

 

 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and implementation activities of the Core SW team.
  • SW architecture design and implementation on the world leading SoC’s
  • SW driver development for embedded CPUs with C/C++
  • Work with SoC SW component development experts and interact with internal customers to align demands for solid SW deliveries

 

Your skills and experience

 

You have:

  • Expert level experience of embedded SW development using C/C++ and understanding of building SW releases with Yocto environments
  • Good knowledge of Linux kernel modules and drivers
  • HW and SW understanding
  • Experience in CI and test automation (Jenkins, Python and Robot FW)
  • SoC (FPGA/ASIC) technology understanding
  • Fluent written/spoken English
  • A MSc or BSc degree

We will appreciate skills and previous experience to the tasks described in the job description. Pro-activity, an "We can do" attitude, effective communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite to work in this role.
