Technical Leader
Responsibilities:
• Responsible and Owns for SW component/module - design
and development as part of SW teams in 2G/3G/4G O & M development.
Expert in defined area of competence.
• Ensures functionalities of BTS meet requirement of
specification on network and node level.
• Estimates work amounts in own process area.
• Participates/organizes knowledge sharing activities
and contribute to the accumulation of experience and improvement of process
• Provides directions and support for other team members
in the areas of technical problems, processes and operations
• Be familiar with software component level test process,
usage of test tools and test equipment’s.
• Owns/moderate/participate in REVIEWS/inspection,
workshop, task force and research group in daily work. Key inspector in own
area.
• Delivery: Ensure delivery of committed features on
schedule with quality using best in class practices.
• Assessing software quality and developing test tools
to increase test effectiveness and efficiency
• Contributes to evolution of internal processes with target
for continuous efficiency increase of development teams
Skills Required
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent
education.
• Minimum 8 years Development Experience in C/C++ .
Analysis, Design and Implementation of Software Components according to
requirement specification in BTS O&M
• Good debugging and problem solving
ability (crash analysis, scenario based log analysis using interface logs like
wireshark etc)
• Radio Network side experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in SW Version Handling. Real time OS
experience.
Additional Requirements:
• Technology Skills: Either of radio 2G/3G/4G Domain
know-how.
• SDLC Know-how: Iterative, Agile
• Good interpersonal skills and capability to work
seamlessly in multi-site environment.
• Good analytical skills, “architecture and design”
mindset.
