The team you’ll be part of 

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

We are searching Team Leader, for test automation team, who is not afraid to build their future with the future mobile technologies like LTE Advanced, Cloud, IoT, 5G and in future 5G Advanced and 6G.

You will be leading one of the highly specialized test automation team in Radio System Performance organization.

While leading the test development team, you will be part of leadership team and work together with them to implement Nokia’s vision and strategy.

The test automation development team is developing test framework and associated components to do automated test execution, analysis and reporting.

The team is working in co-operation with actual test teams to understand the needs of the system, and at the same time looking for new methods, e.g. ML/AI, to improve efficiency of the system and the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in software development R&D in global environment
  • Experience in people/project management in global environment
  • Preferably R&D operations management experience
  • Background in automated (SW) testing and real-time systems
  • Familiar with big data, data analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, virtualization and cloudification¨
  • Experience of Agile development methods
