1. Good knowledge & Experience of Cisco, Juniper, Nokia Routers.
2. Worked intensively on Switches & Routers and IP protocols (BGP/IS IS/MPLS/OSPF)
3. Extensive Performance Monitoring & Alarms analysis of IP Devices
4. Initiate Audit, monitor & associated actions completion at periodic interval.
5. Maintain, audit and compliance actions of the network HLD, LLD at all times
6. Proactive tracking of the system capacity utilization, impact risk, closure action plan agreement and governance escalation wherever needed.
7. Network Upgradation activities
8. Providing clear guidance, direction and leadership to the team
9. Establishing a long term and sustainable relationship with the customer and the Programme teams
10. Ensuring high quality service delivery to the customer and regular reporting of the project’s KPIs
