Main Responsibility Area:
  
Identifies, prioritizes and coordinates solving of demanding and/or business critical problems and communicates them to key stakeholders.
Leads pilots and trials. Initiates and manages product, care and process improvement projects.
Drives needed changes in own technology area.
May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Is responsible for knowledge sharing in own technology area.
Influences relevant functions (e.g. product management and R&D)

Job Description

Develop the business: participate proactively in Project engagements, taking the lead in the project Delivery   Expected to drive scope definition/refinement, bid management, cost estimations, risk management, contractual negotiation throughout engagement.
Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans & monitor all activities.
Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & manage changes, risks, conflicts & escalations effectively.
Encourage and champion customer intimacy, handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship, build confidence & trust. Expected to have the capability to build influential customer relationships up to C-Level.
Manage project/program finances, ensure financial system control to deliver projects to maximize profitability for Nokia and value to the customer.
Contract management: manage contract changes and/or amendments during the contract execution; working closely with Key Accounts and relevant stakeholders.
Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements.
Simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas
Help coach/mentor peers/team members, and to support them in their professional and/or personal growth.
Ability to Understand, Agree and Track Network Performance KPIs as per NPO requirement and ensure team and process alignment as per requirement
Knowledge of Nokia Tools and process used for NPO Deliveries to the extent of understanding the usefulness and support extent of tools in NPO Project Delivery
Knowledge of 3G and 4G technologies, to the extent to understand the deliveries, deviations in scope and process to complete the deliveries and discuss with Multiple Nokia teams or Customer teams based on Technical inputs given by NPO experts.

Position Requirements

Minimum 15+ years experience in RF Planning & Optimization
2G, 3G LTE Planning experience is a must
Degree in Engineering  with specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications
Personal flexibility regarding travel
