RAMS manager with experiences on the delivery of integrated projects and will be working in transportation and O&G projects namely for Metro and Railways and is able to perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety studies in the framework of the system deployments for projects and products.
Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer on its strategy positioning & end-user understanding thanks to end-to-end RAMS coverage in multiple domains and technologies.
Guide and define the RAMS strategy for project development from the conception stage to the roll-out phase with the customer while ensuring the appropriate coverage of the project requirements and designs and support the Validation of the Solution in close connection with the TPM and solution Engineers and ensure that all customer requirements, as defined in the contract are covered.
Desirable experience / Main activities:
- Specifies & designs effective RAMS strategy to fulfil customer requirements
- Applies RAMS standards, methodologies, best practices, processes and principles to create value for the customer.
- Develops RAMS deliveries during the project life cycle.
- Broad knowledge of RAMS techniques, FMEA, FMECA, HAZID, HAZOP
- Broad Knowledge about CENELEC Standards, EN 50126, 50128, 50129, 50159, etc.
- Knowledge about RAMS tools (i.e Reliability Workbench-Isograph, PTC Windchill, etc…)
- Lead and guide the project team to ensure RAMS requirements compliance and ensures customer liaison for RAMS deliverables and studies.
- Monitor project development, ensure reporting and manage risks
- Work closely with Product/Solution Managers.
- to integrate the solution with existing networks, platforms, support and business systems.
- Ensures the design is in compliance to relevant standards applicable for railway systems, as RAMS, EMC/EMI, Environment, …
- Minimum experience 5 years relevant experience for RAMS, namely in transport segment (projects for railway/metro's airport's, etc...)
Mandatory: Fluent English, spoken and written
