CTA – Mission

Act as Technical liaison to the customer for technical support - Synchronize and communicate between Technical Support teams and customer. Ensure proper customer follow-up and escalation

 

CTA – Qualifications:

  • Clear understanding of technology, customer network architecture, customer installed base and performance
  • Technical education - or equivalent experience 
  • Bulgarian in writing and speaking in addition to English
  • IP/MPLS knowledge
  • Nokia router knowledge
  • SRC certification as advantage - also Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
  • English in writing and speaking
  • Teamplayer
  • Customer communication skills
