CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT
CTA – Mission
Act as Technical liaison to the customer for technical support - Synchronize and communicate between Technical Support teams and customer. Ensure proper customer follow-up and escalation
CTA – Qualifications:
- Clear understanding of technology, customer network architecture, customer installed base and performance
- Technical education - or equivalent experience
- Bulgarian in writing and speaking in addition to English
- IP/MPLS knowledge
- Nokia router knowledge
- SRC certification as advantage - also Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
- English in writing and speaking
- Teamplayer
- Customer communication skills
