This is an entry level technician position for general support of day-to-day activity in a high paced Hardware Development environment.
logistical support in HW Development and Test Labs esp in the area of network testing. Qualified candidates will be required to:
- Work closely with engineers and act on instructions independently to facilitate the test process.
- Set up and configure networks for test purposes. (Moving chassis in and out of test chambers, installing cards into chassis, running cables, etc.
- Maintain and organize lab inventory and equipment, including prototype PCBs and test/measurement equipment.
- Manage the "Golden Corral", i.e. inventory of older cards used to verify regression testing and backwards compatibility with new designs.
- Supply general support of any nature to keep the lab and product development process running smoothly.
