Summer Trainee, Production Technology Development and Production Support
Qualifications
We expect that you have several years of studies in polytechnic or university.
It is a benefit for you if you have some experience or familiarity of some of the followings areas:
- Production test engineering: HW, SW, electromechanics
- Industrial engineering including automation, SMT and manufacturing technology
- Purchasing
- Logistics
- Production
- Quality assurance
- R&D
You can communicate effectively in written and spoken English and work independently or in a small team, from whose members you will get all the support you need. it is necessary that you bring some embedded characteristics with you. Strong negotiating skills with the ability to get your point across to others on the opposite side of the table are the keys to success in this job.
For production supervision role we expect that you are at least 18 years old required for shift work. You have several years of studies in polytechnic or university, and it´s a benefit for you to have previous experience in production. You are handy, precise and can learn new things quickly. You are social, have sense of humor and get along with people. Working in three shifts fits your rhythm. We expect good knowledge of both Finnish and English. We value your strong self-initiative and genuine interest in the production-side of telecommunications.
