The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.


What you will learn and contribute to

The new resource will be part of the Sales support team for the Enterprise Sales unit. This team focusses on generating analytics and insights for our Enterprise leadership. We are on a journey to develop a single platform to host all business data and automate analysis which should be give us faster and new kinds of data insights. We need skilled data engineers and analysts to work with our team and drive this transformation.


Job Responsibilities

Manage Databases – Define and implement a database model to bring in various sources of data together (e.g. ERPs, Salesforce etc) and store it on the Azure cloud. Clean and structure datasets with multiple dimensions. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Automate Price Benchmarking – You would be involved in projects which predict the prices for our customers and hence require you to work with the sales and commercial experts.

You will develop and Manage a reporting and pricing support app based on the Microsoft PowerBI Platform specifically for our Pricing teams


Your skills and experience

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (mandatory) and Access (would be a plus)

- Excellent analytical skills 

- Excellent big data management expertise 

- Analytical and critical approach to details 

- Strong attitude to teamwork and clear communication 

- English proficiency to communicate and partner with an international team based in all the seven regions

- Finance tools & processes knowledge

- English fluent speaking


Specific Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program focussing on Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field

You know how to work with data and are fluent at handling multiple SQL data sources and can find efficient ways of making the data usable through data extraction and transformation stages.

Basics of data modelling, SQL are essential and experience with cloud databases is a plus.

Programming and Scripting languages like C++, Python or R will be a plus

PowerBI experience is a plus 

Primary Location: Timisoara (RO)

Other Locations: Budapest (HU), Vimercate (IT)
Organization: Enterprise Sales / Sales Operations / Global Sales Operations
Schedule Part-time internship (6hrs/day)
