Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the below skills
  • Good knowledge of Telco and IT security
  • Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, IPv6)
  • Know how to use UNIX or Linux
  • Virtualization
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Candidates with Bachelor´s in telecommunications, information technology or computer science will be more relevant.  Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Preferred 8 + years of experience
  • Nokia Security Product knowledge — such as NSMA, NIAM, NACM
  • Experience documenting software testing plans
  • Scripting skills
Competencies
  • If you have experience in next generation radio and core telecom networks, telco cloud, their management and related security technologies, and you have a huge willingness to learn, you're welcome to check if it's a place for you!
    • Knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
    • Vulnerability and threat management experience
    • Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
    • Knowledge of Security principles, techniques and technologies
  • Security systems experience, DB knowledge, SSH, SNMP interface protocols is an advantage
    • Expertise in Network Element security including user management, password rotation, video logging
    • Expertise in distributed computing and network management solutions
    • Knowledge of telecom networking equipment and telecom network architectures (wireline, wireless, 3G, LTE, 5G, SDN, NFV, OTN, SONET/SDM, MPLS)
  • We want you to be open-minded, pro-active and able to think outside the box
  • You need to be customer oriented, having problem solving mindset and coping well even under pressure
  • Knowledge on e2e support process and roles required
  • You need good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural team
  • Willingness to travel
