Job Description:
We’re looking for a professional to be part of our design teams where you will be working with latest System-on-Chip (SoC) based processing solutions for Nokia 5G-NR (New Radio) and LTE base stations. Focus areas for your work would be related to:

5G and LTE implementation on the world leading SoC based on latest technology ASICs and FPGAs

5G and LTE algorithm development, fixed-point modelling and fixed-point performance verification

Working with experts of different areas to ensure the most competitive solutions
-
Cooperating with system engineers, HW/SW development, suppliers and other relevant functions to solve technical issues
-
Supporting HW/SW bring-up and debug
More detailed planning of your role in the team will be done based on your current skill set and interest areas.
Additional Requirements:
You should be a person with several years of working experience in following kind of tasks and a person who masters following type of skills:

Wireless/telecom receiver algorithm development
-
ASIC, FPGA or low-level SW development
-
Implementation of DSP functions on HW accelerators and/or DSP processors
-
LTE and/or 5G-NR know how
-
Coding (Matlab, C++, VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, UVM)
-
Fluent spoken and written English.
-
Pro-activity, problem solving and communication in multi-site R&D environment
You don’t need to master everything, but you should already be an expert on some of the above mention topics.
