Additional Requirements:
- Typically 8 + years related experience and proven track records in R&D / testing / customer support activities including deployments, case resolution, escalations and related activities, preferably in OSS / SON products.
- NetAct or related products hands-on experience
- Good 2G/3G/4G Radio and/or Core network planning and optimization processes knowledge and experience.
- Fluent presentation and proven customer interface skills.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English is a must
