Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in pre-sales or related field (software engineering, product management, solutions consulting, bids and proposals, system engineering, etc.)
- Exposure to and conceptual understanding of advanced analytics, IoT applications, services, and general knowledge of cloud platforms and services
- Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science or telecommunications engineering; Master’s degree a plus
- Demonstratable interpersonal and presentation skills applicable to a wide variety of audiences including technical staff and C-level executives
- Demonstratable Japanese and English verbal and written communication skills required. Other Asia-Pacific languages a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines
- Demonstratable creative ‘out of the box’ thinking
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed
Knowledge of utilities, transportation, logistics, rail, or mining industries
- Existing knowledge of A&I solutions and applications
- Working knowledge of advanced analytics and/or IoT concepts
