Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree and above. Prefer telecommunications, computer science or other related majors;
  2. Strong communication skill. Team worker, fast learner, self-motivated & customer oriented;
  3. Sophisticated management skill to ensure business excellence with Webscale customer during product sales cycle either internally or externally, show dedication and accountability to win more with flawless execution for sustainable business growth in a long run;
  4. Strong negotiation skill with solid experience, strong persuasive skill to influence key customer in advantage of Nokia products and brand.
  5. Similar Sales or solution selling work experience in H3C, Ruijie, Juniper etc. with solid provable business result. Key customer relationship in Webscale is preferred;
  6. Familiar with IDC interconnection Optics and IDC Switching products and solution with in-depth customer acumen in terms of market trend driven by technology and customer requirement.
