The Enterprise Solutions unit  fouses on the Enterprise customer needs, Private wireless and many other high end technologies. 

Our Connectivity team develops Solutions addressing enterprise customer's named business needs. A Solution is about predefined architecture, Nokia and 3rd party products, services, tooling, validation and documents.  Currently we target the industrial needs in Transportation, Energy, Governments & Cities and Manufacturing. 

What you will learn and contribute to

We are seeking now new team member to start with the Network optimization services development. In this role you will contribute to the development of global enterprise solutions portfolio namely by the radio networks viewpoint. You will be primarily responsible for the related services specifications and ensuring the solution meets the customer's needs. In this role, cross collaboration with other teams and Business Units is key for the success of the delivery.


As part of our team, you will:

  • Drive the full scope of the solution, work across organisations to achieve workable solutions with healthy business case.
  • Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements.
  • Design, plan, develop and evaluate an effective solution in specialised segments to meet the requirements and outcomes.
  • Apply solution management processes and principles to ensure
    • offer and delivery readiness of Services portfolio
    • service product related documents, guidelines, tools and processes are available​
    • enabling, certification & training programs
    • create and maintain the solution's integrity over time
  • Lead virtual teams or projects 
  • Interface between the product, delivery and sales units
  • Manage Services Business. Analyze the Services impact of the new products and releases. Drive ramp-up/ramp-down decisions​.

 

Your skills and experience

 You have:

  • Experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimisation or respective Service Management on 4G/5G /WiFi technologies, incl. tools and related end user experience management 
  • Virtual team lead capabilities, Fluent communications in English, presentation & analytical skills
  • Knowledge in Enterprise relevant Radio Network products and other network components

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Enterprise business understanding and experience from a role at industrial company 
  • Capability to work as virtual team lead, as a contributing member and as self-guided independent contributor
  • Result oriented negotiation and collaboration. Can simplify complex things to comprehensive and clear items / suggestions
  • Willing to create documentations and presentations.
  • a Can-do attitude. Ready to grow and jump to challenges. Flexibility & out-of box thinking
  • Experience in dimensioning for presales and link budgets on Radio, backhaul and fronthaul
  • Experience in Cloud evolution and automation
