Solution Consultant, Nokia Software
Title: Solution Consultant, Nokia Software, Pre-Sales & BD LAT
The position has the following core responsibilities:
- For qualified opportunities, lead NSW consultative selling/services customer engagements, understanding customers’ pain points, requirements and KPI’s (including the definition of specific use cases required, integration points, SLAs, etc.).
- Establish trusted partnership with customer decision makers.
- Lead services solution strategy: assess customer RFP or input documents, provide services solution and reference architecture by adapting Nokia blueprints to customer needs.
- Bring and maintain subject matter expertise on our NSW services capabilities (consulting, migration, end-to-end system integration, product integration, care in cloud and hybrid environment) and on Nokia end-to-end solutions involving NSW products.
- Guide and review service offer deliverables: SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, Services BoQ/cost estimations.
- Drive overall program strategy, project plans and offer cost structure to ensure competitiveness, ability to deliver and secure future up-sell in partnership with Delivery & CDM teams.
- Provide guidance to sales teams & commercial management team on how the solution could be adapted to meet customer’s pricing target.
- Support the sales team in bid defense planning and lead A&A services and architecture presentation to the customer.
- Participate to PoC/Trial proposals including definition of scope, architecture, use cases and drive necessary management approvals.
- Work with program management and delivery teams for knowledge transfer of customer project from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Participate in account planning and revenue funnel reviews with sales and commercial management teams
- Participate in periodic reviews with PUs.
- Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL & NSW processes.
- Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
- Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
- Travel to customer meetings and related business activities can be up to 2 to 3 days a week in assigned territory.
Key experience and skills required:
- Work experience in Consulting, IT areas, Solution Architect or complex system integration Pre-Sales and/or Delivery functions.
- Technical expertise in one or more of those key domains: Cloud, BSS, Digital Care, Customer Experience, Big Data Analytics and associated Services. Experience in Consulting companies is required.
- Master level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task given high volume of customer engagements.
- Excellent English and spanish verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines
