REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good Experience in leading/managing team technically/delivery successfully
- Experience in Testing new products before release/Installing them in Lab & perform pilot installation for customers around world
- Willingness to test & execute new & complex OSS procedures migrations, special services etc
- Administration/Installation&commissioning/Upgrade/Integration/Troubleshooting experience in any of the OSS products. Nokia NPM and SQM products will be an advantage
- Technically understand multi-vendor integration, reporting, Product customization needs in customer cases, participate in requirement elicitation and analyze requirements
- Manage the internals team members as well as partner resources and plan the projects accordingly
- Carry out independently complex technical activities such as solution design and architecting
- Multi product support needing skills in more than 4-5 products in OSS
- Drive realization of the agreed requirement either by self or directing a team
- Involve in presales cases, working with customer team and provide the integration solution and estimate
- Bring and maintain expertise in technologies and products, and their applicability to Nokia’s strategy/vision across multiple market segments
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of work experience in software engineering and/or pre-sales functions (product management, sales engineering, bids and proposals or system engineering)
Knowledge of Java and other programming/scripting languages and DB
Performance Management (PM) and/or Fault Management (FM) knowledge
Excellent communication skills and accountability are key
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines
Availability for travel & Flexible to work in global time zones if business demands
