Mission
  • Creates implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.Knows and works according to the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.
  • Works with customers, architects, solutions and integration teams to perform detailed design and integration of SBC product, 
  • Verifies that the detailed design effectively translates customer requirements into workable solution meeting customers’ dynamic requirements and ensuring design integrity
  • Applies standard design, integration and testing processes
  • In laboratory environment, can hand over to integration testing teams for final integration effort,
  • In customer environment, can perform on site pre-acceptance and acceptance testing of the delivered product or solution. 
Mission Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs & integrates the SBC into the network and IT systems in line with the specifications: provides the network and IT elements with IP addresses, routing protocols, signaling parameters, QoS, etc. 
  • Performs SBC tests and maintains the integration and the consistency of the SBC over the whole project cycle,
  • Configures the SBC network element with the network management elements provided as part of the Solution. 
  • Maintains & tracks the evolutions of the SBC configuration 
  • Along the project lifecycle Provides initial analysis for the defects, tracks these defects and verifies their resolution, 
  • Manages technical relationships with back-office team and PU support team to integrate the SBC, 
  • Applies detailed design methodologies, best practices and processes to ensure deliverables quality. 
  • Maintains and develops technical relationship with the customer team to gain trust.
  • Support integration specialist troubleshooting complicated issues
Requirements: 
  • Around 10+ years of relevant experience in End to end solution integration and delivery of high complexed solutions with proven records
  • Good knowledge on IMS architecture with understanding of IMS nodes including P/S/I-CSCF, Application Servers, servers specific to applications like Presence server, IM server etc.
  • In-depth knowledge on IMS Protocol Interfaces – Gm Interface, ISC interface, Ro/Rf Interface, Sh Interface SIP, SOAP/XML, Diameter etc
  • In-depth knowledge on LTE/VOLTE/VoWiFi Networks and call flows
  • Candidate should be experienced in troubleshooting applications and IP issues
  • Hands-on knowledge with cloud technologies & projects involving:
    • Various Network Function Virtualization Infrastructures (NFVI) like Openstack and VMWare
    • Life Cycle Management with VNFM (VNF Manager) including instantiation, termination, upgrade, healing and scale-in/scale-out
    • Ansible playbooks and Mistral workflows for VNFM
    • HEAT template creation and execution for Openstack/VNFM
    • Kubernetes, pods and containers
    • Designing and developing Helm Charts for Kubernetes pods
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills in English
  • Excellent team work and collaborations

Mission

  • Creates test strategy and test cases. Contributes to gathering customer requirements, analysis, feature specification and requirement feasibility study. Contributes to migration procedures.
  • Contributes to knowledge documentation in various tools like Sharepoint, ShareInside, Yammer, ShareNet, discussion forums.
  • Works autonomously and effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.
  • Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
  • Executes the technical solution in a customer project with high complexity and risk according to the project plan
  • Takes ownership in the resolution of critical design related issues blocking Nokia’s integration/validation/acceptance obligations and customer raised/escalated design related issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring the solution is thoroughly tested and validated before releasing to the customer. This includes functional, failover and performance aspects.
  • Ensure smooth field deployment and system integration
