As social media champion, you will help the positioning of Nokia as an ‘Employer of Choice’ via LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, Instagram and Youtube.

You will use your marketing skillset to support the Talent Acquisition programs and drive effective communication to internal and external stakeholders. You will work directly with the Head of Social Media for Employer Branding, coordinating and working with a global community of social media experts and content providers from around the world.


Key Responsibilities may include, not limited to:

  • Playing a crucial role in supporting Nokia to reach its KPIs for brand image, awareness, engagement, activation and efficiency of our careers-focused social media channels.
  • Confidently creating daily content from scratch – styling and editing of posts, development of original content, videos and publishing them on the various platforms.
  • Being responsible for community management in line with the Nokia guidelines.
  • Contributing and furthering the development of a social media culture at Nokia with various projects and initiatives such as employee advocacy programs and social media outreach and education.
  • Monitoring and updating the various company profile pages and ensuring up-to-date and engaging content is published.
  • Reporting and analyzing progress on a regular basis including evaluation of competitors and best practices.
  • Building social media campaigns for talent attraction and providing advanced analytical reporting to support clear visibility on social media campaign ROI
  • Being the eyes and ears for the team on what’s trending on social media and daring to challenge current practices and think out-of-the-box.
  • You have a Bachelor or advanced degree in marketing, communications with 3-5 years of experience in a complex work environment.
  • You have a strong expertise in digital marketing and as a social media super user, you have excellent skills linked to the latest digital technologies such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Glassdoor.
  • You have excellent English language writing, editing and communication skills.
  • You will have a robust portfolio of previous social-media work and demonstrated success which can be shared with key hiring stakeholders. 
  • You have solid experience in graphic design and video/photo editing, retouching and creation of visuals using commonly used applications (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
  • You are well versed in social media marketing techniques that maximize reach, engagement and overall effectiveness of postings. 
  • You are comfortable with analytical data and consolidating data and information into reports for your customers
  • You cultivate innovation and try new ideas and express creativity in your daily work.
  • You are flexible in your working hours and willing to accommodate meetings with global colleagues in a variety of different time zones.
  • You can thrive in a quickly changing and evolving work environment where innovative approaches, concepts and ideas are encouraged.
  • You are curious and eager to learn, open-minded and self-critical.
  • You are a real ambassador of the brand and your enthusiasm is contagious.
  • You have a positive attitude, enjoy interaction with people and easily build a network.
