Job Description

This person will manage SoC ASIC program execution including Nokia’s internal development and co-operation with selected partners. The tasks in the role are:

- Program planning from the early concept phase to mass-volume SoC delivery. Planning the key dependencies between Nokia’s teams and partners is important for the successful program execution.

- Main responsible on Nokia side to plan and manage program execution with the selected supplier partner.

- Follow-up program level execution, steering to the development teams to achieve targets of the program.

- Plan SoC integration into Nokia’s products in co-operation with product programs.

- Communication and reporting on program status with key internal stakeholders.


Requirements for this position

- 10+ years of experience in managing complex ASIC development projects and programs

-  Strong project and program management skills

- Leadership skills and ability to enhance collaborative working environment

- Experienced in managing supplier partners.

- Solid experience on team and people management

- Strong negotiations skills, combined with ability to sense and manage various situations

- Assertive in communication and experienced in communicating with senior leaders

- Pro-activity, problem solving capability and communication in multisite R&D environment

- Wireless/telecom understanding of at least one radio standard, like 5G, LTE


- Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Required: fluent spoken and written English
