ASSIGNMENT

- Develop SLTE business for Nokia's Optical Portfolio.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Develop new SLTE business with submarine cable owners in LAT.

- Be trusted advisor of customers with regards to submarine cable capacity expansions and new SLTE systems.

- Identify commercial opportunities with existing customers and outside the existing apparatus

- Set up target strategies in coordination with the related sales teams

- Ensure the promotion of new solutions

- Participate in monitoring commercial opportunities

- Facilitate the transfer of the new account to the Sales teams (can take charge of customer

specific accounts)

WORKING MODE

- Frequent field trips for customers

- Work closely with sales teams

- Monitor the market and its active performers

 

 

COMPETENCIES

- solid understanding of SLTE market with proven record of winning opportunities in this market.

- excellent knowledge on optical technologies (SLTE, DWDM, Coherent technolgy, OTN, optical amplifcation systems....)

- expertise on SLTE systems designs and deployment

- Adaptability

- Manage execution

- Pricing Strategy and build business cases
