Qualifications
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of professional experience.
Five or more years of demonstrated experience in network consultancy, architecture, design, implementation and management.
In-depth knowledge of IP fundamentals: Routing, Switching and SDN.
At least actual design and deliver experience in 2 of the following areas: EPC, IP Backhaul and Backbone, Security, in Cloud/Data Center/IT environments.
Strong relationship management skills to build cross-organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.
Demonstrated track record of successful sales support and/or business development.
Strong leadership and consultative skills including ability to coach and mentor team members. And able to transfer Knowledge.
Must be a quick learner (without formal training), self-motivated with outstanding customer interface, communication and advocacy skills.
Ability to understand customer and internal business drivers for opportunities.
Strong Knowledge in:
-Linux Administrative fundamentals
- OpenStack
- SDN
- Security
Strong skills for advanced end to end troubleshooting for IP and 3GPP protocols.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Ability to work on cross domain teams around the globe.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Effective communication.
Expert Certification in IP (e.g Cisco CCIE or Nokia SRA)

Good also to know IMS VoLTE, SDM, 3G/LTE Wireless Architecture, Cloud/Virtualization, Small Cells, Mobile Backhaul, Applications, EPC, IP Network Services and IP Transformation.
A blend of experience gained from roles within both a technology vendor and service provider is desirable.
Technical Certification are desired: IP, SDN, OpenStack, Linux.
