Motive Tools Management has end-to-end responsibility for monitoring and reporting network KPIs and changes to the network
Main Responsibility Areas:
a. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports preparation
b. Analyse network KPIs changes and identify changes
c. RCA analysis for KPI changes
d. Report service / KPI degradation and support solutions
e. Anticipate KPI impact in case of network or services changes
f. Execution of reporting changes
g. New Nodes/Links/Cards/Ports soft acceptance.
h. Maintain network KPI information and integrity
i. Inventory support for data based updating limited to Active database provisioning via NOC
Other tasks:
a. Ensures Network Performance and Services integrity
b. Ensures management of network KPI/KQI and changes
c. Support CM pre- and post-Reporting
d. Supports Fault management
e. Supports Change Management
