- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least ten years of experience in the networking industry.
- Exceptional leadership, technical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Must have at least two years of function/product management experience.
- Solid understanding of SDN, NFV, open source technologies and broad trends shaping the networking industry.
- Excellent understanding of virtualization concepts and hands-on experience with VMWare, KVM and Linux containers.
- Experience in Ethernet switching and routing data plane and control plane technologies.
- Experience in multi-threaded embedded network operating systems like Nokia’s SROS.
