Experience & Qualification:
  • Experience managing multiple vendors in a complex environment
  • Good understanding about a Customer Service Provider organization, processes and operations
  • Previous experience leading a program for nationwide deployment for Cloud and Core solutions (VoLTE, HLR, Packet Core, Security, OSS, BSS, CEM, IT Cloud)
  • E2e solution architecting skills with Nokia and 3rd party solutions
  • Ability to engage and drive C level discussions
  • Service centric mind set, agnostic expertise on products and technologies
  • Proactive, self-starter and have done similar role in the past
  • Previous experience providing Consulting services to help guiding customer toward a successful implementation or transformation project
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the teams
  • Good knowledge of programme and project management methods
  • IT/Cloud certifications will be an added advantage
