Required Qualification and experience

•Must have 5 to 8 years of strong experience in Full stack Software Development (GUI, Backend)

•           Strong Expertise in CI/CD process and tools.

•           Strong background of Windows.

•           Work experience in SQL Server 2012 or above.

•           Should mentor Junior members and show technical direction to the team.

•           Should be strong in OOPs and OOAD design methodologies

•           Experience in scoping and estimating project effort (number of resources and duration)

•           Domain knowledge of Telecommunications is preferable.

•           Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to present to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner)

•           Strong written and verbal English communications skills

•           Experience in Technical Competence Build Up & Team Motivation

•           Excellent problem-solving skills

Project Co-ordination, Reporting and duration

• Daily progress report and weekly status will be organized by Product Owner and Scrum Master.

• Resource need to attend these calls and update about the progress of the assigned work.

• The resources would be required for an initial duration of 6 months and then the engagement will be extended based on the project needs.
