The team you’ll be part of

Manager / Senior Manager, Market Intelligence, works with licensing sales and senior management to support licensing negotiations, strategic planning and performance management activities by providing market and company information, support for building valuation models and actionable recommendations based on market insights. Main activities are to:
  • Identify, collect and share appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data
  • Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets, customers and competitors
  • Translate data and insights into recommendations and executable market intelligence reports and presentations


What you will learn and contribute to

  • Supports licensing negotiations and deal-making with data and insights on the market and customers
  • Provides market insights through presentations and reports to various internal management teams to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation.
  • Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning and performance management, and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate
  • Participates in the development of market intelligence processes, tools and methods
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges
  • Collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals


Your skills and experience

  •  4+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Proven analyst experience gained in a consultancy, market analysis / research / intelligence, Private Equity, investment bank, VC, large multinational company, or similar background
  • Experience in a licensing business or in consultancy projects for a licensing business will be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight
  • Self-starter with demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations; excellent written communication abilities
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamworking capabilities
