Senior Legal Counsel, Competition
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years extensive relevant experience, e.g. from working as antitrust practitioner at a law firm, antitrust agency or for a multinational company.
- Experience in handling merger work, antitrust counseling and investigations, as well as compliance issues.
- Good familiarity with EU competition law and policy, as well as global competition policy.
- Understanding and/or experience of IP law an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a global fast paced, matrixed environment requiring multi-tasking and effective prioritizing.
- Solid collegiality and sense of humor an advantage.
- Operates mostly at the senior level of the business with a global mindset and in many different environments (e.g. outside of home country, new business unit/entity, different cultures).
- Requires communication with senior executive leadership (internal and external) and creation of a collaborative working environment in engaging and inspiring manner.
