Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IPR professional to join us as IPR Specialist. The position offers exceptional opportunity for hands-on involvement in the wider commercial implications of IPR, thus offering a broader view to utilize your skills than just traditional patent attorney roles.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Your main responsibility area will involve working within the technology area mainly related to current and future cellular technologies, in particular with inventions and patents relevant to radio standardization.
- You will evaluate the business relevance and technical patentability of inventions, advise and support colleagues in related legal issues as well as assist the licensing and litigation function in activities related to cellular standards
Qualifications
You are a fully qualified Patent Attorney and you should have a solid background either in technology or in patents in the telecoms sector. Your expertise with cellular telecommunication standards would be highly appreciated. Of course, you must be excited by the prospect of contributing to a fast-moving and rapidly changing global commercial environment and willing to share your professional knowledge and experience with team members and the wider business community.
You have at least 7 years of experience in the IPR field.
