Senior Hardware Engineer
- Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- At least seven years of experience delivering highly complex, high density, multilayer printed circuit boards into volume production. You prove your success in doing this with low failure rates in the field, you work closely with the factory teams to ensure the continuing high quality of all of your products, and if required you travel to factories or customer sites to resolve problems quickly and professionally.
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards. Extensive experience in validating equipment performance to these standards is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills along with a proven ability to work with a variety of diverse people over multiple timezones and continents to achieve a common goal.
- A good understanding of FPGA design techniques and challenges would be an asset.
