Position Description 
  • Identify and acquire the necessary data from relevant source systems used by Internal Auditors to develop the data analytics needed to support the Audit team
  • Work with Internal Audit team members, IT, and the Business to outline data requirements, and obtaining the necessary accesses to acquire data
  • Publish analytics results to the Internal Audit teams, and provide support / training as necessary to interpret and refine the results of the analytics provided
  • From time to time, conduct financial, operational, and IT internal audit projects according to the Nokia Internal Audit plan, supporting auditors during fieldwork performed at worldwide Nokia locations - travel = 10-20%
  • Work with Internal Audit teams for analytics which can be performed during fieldwork activities
  • prepare and present to all levels of Nokia management the results, recommendations, and conclusions of analytics which may be performed
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics requests
 
Position Requirements 

  • College degree majoring in analytics, information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or other business-related fields (required);
  • Professional certifications, e.g., ACL certifications (ACDA), CPA or Chartered Accountant, CIA, CMA, etc. (preferred);
  • Advanced degree in analytics, i.e. MS Business Analytics, MS Data Analytics, MS Information & Data Science (preferred);
  • Exposure to Machine Learning concepts (preferred);
  • Experience with statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS and/or experience with database programming languages such as SQL (preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Power BI, including proficiency in the DAX formula language (required);
  • Able to develop data Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes via Power Query, with a working knowledge of the M query language (required);
  • Advanced knowledge with ACL software (preferred);
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with VBA knowledge (preferred);
  • Proven experience with using data visualization techniques to create meaningful reports and dashboards (required);
  • Independently manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, including understanding of algorithms and data structures;
  • Eager to effectively articulate to a broad audience ideas and solutions of a complex/technical nature;
  • SAP system familiarity (required);
  • Prior financial, operational audit experience (preferred);
  • Ability to "think outside the box" and apply creative and constructive thinking to proposed recommendations for improvements to internal process, procedures and policies;
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
