The CFO organization is responsible for all financial matters of the Nokia Group, including external and internal reporting, business performance management, capital allocation and commercial management. The CFO organization also oversees investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, turnaround, real estate and venture capital activities.


In the CFO organization the Group Finance and Analysis team is responsible for group and unit level financial planning & analysis including financial performance management and enterprise risk management. Please join our team to help creating best of breed digital solutions for finance FP&A.


Senior Data Analyst


We are looking for Senior Data Analyst to join our team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to provide the business intelligence solutions and services for finance teams throughout Nokia.


Key responsibilities: 


In this role you will be responsible of design and build databases, data models and related reports. You understand the potential of business insight provided by state-of-the-art business intelligence and analytics tools and have passion in realizing its value for Nokia. You will be working as key contributor creating and delivering analytics solutions and tools to the finance teams doing financial planning and analysis. You will be creating the databases and related schematic data models using tools provided by Microsoft Azure.


Requirements:

 
To succeed in this exciting role, we expect you to have:
• University degree on relevant area
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in designing and creating databases and data models
• Experience of analytics and data tools; especially Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL server. Experience of Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, SAP ERP systems and Office365 is a benefit
• Having experience of Agile software development and DevOps way-of-working is a must. Experience of Azure DevOps framework with CI/CD capabilities is a benefit
• Experience and proven track record of data modelling, analytical processes and data visualization in Microsoft Azure and Power BI is a must
• Proven skills to complete projects, achieve results and work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations
• Excellent customer service mindset and team working skills
• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in English)
