Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Job Description
Subject expert in analytics-based detection and automated threat response, telecom network architecture and operations. Forensic investigators and digital forensic experts reconstruct and analyse digital information to aid in investigations and solve cyber security incidents. They look into incidents of hacking, trace sources of computer attacks, and recover lost or stolen data
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Main Responsibility Areas:
Build a forensic practice with range of specialized software and other techniques to secure, retrieve and analyse data linked to a range of security incidents or breaches. These can include:
- Hacking
- malware
- network intrusions
- online scams and fraud
- political, industrial, and commercial espionage
- malicious communications
- the use of illegal images
- theft of confidential information.
- Investigations can centre on data stored on a range of devices, including personal or work computers, tablets, mobile phones, the cloud and flash drives
Key Tasks:
- Secure a system or device so it can't be tampered with use a range of forensic tools and software to extract and analyse data
- To deal with highly sensitive or confidential data or images, depending on the type of case being investigated
- To recover damaged, deleted or access hidden, protected or encrypted files
- To unlock digital images that are locked to hide the identity of a place or person
- To examine data from mobile phones and other mobile devices to trace people or places
- To follow electronic data trails to reveal links or communication between individual or groups
- collect information and evidence in a legally admissible way
- write technical reports based on your findings and, if required, give evidence in court as an expert witness
- To present findings of on-going incidents to other members in the investigation team, law enforcement agencies and clients
- To keep up to date with evolving cybercrime methods and developments within the digital forensics field
- To undergo security checks and vetting procedures
Qualifications
- 8-12 years
- Masters/Bachelor in computer forensics, or related areas such as cyber security.
- Relevant industry certification like CHFI
- Malware analysis techniques and digital forensics
