Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge):
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred, but all degrees accepted.
- Implementation of NetGuard Security Product Family in Global customers environment.
- If necessary, carry out an expertise mission on field
- Good knowledge of RHEL system
- Implementation of Six sigma projects
- Working on Security Application Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices
- Ensuring Data center uptime according to SLAs
- Implementing New technologies and Design changes
- Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
- Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment
- Independent troubleshooting within SLA
- Support in Technical CARE activities
Personal Characteristics:
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate team members
- Ability to work under pressure in critical environments for continued periods
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver high quality work
- Availability to travel
