Sales Operations DevOps


As a SalesOps Developer, you will work in an agile development team building applications of the highest standards with a view to achieving an excellent customer experience. You will help to define and understand requirements relating to Salesforce capabilities, and then design and develop solutions with multiple components of the Salesforce Platform.


You will be responsible for technical delivery of custom developments and ensure that the code developed is technically sound and scalable. You will work with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between Salesforce and other systems. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer to help design and build cutting edge, greenfield solutions to some genuinely interesting business problems.

  • Support all regular reporting and ad-hoc initiatives toward Market Units (Management Reviews); Contribute to performance analytics and business insights
  • Provide appropriate Sales Operations and Analytics support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools, by owning, documenting and clearly communicating sales process
  • Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day technical development of the CRM tool
  • Supporting leadership team in planning, reviewing and customizing the CRM tool to meet the needs of the business

Join our team if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Informatics/Computer Science
  • 2-3 years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment, focused on sales analytics / finance
  • Very Good CRM / Analytics / Visualization tools knowledge; experience with Salesforce.com preferred - supporting all integrations to Salesforce from the data warehouse and other applications with the responsibility of creating and supporting further connections as required
  • Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver customer driven solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
  • Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language is required
  • Have a desire and ability to solve complex business processes with software
  • Be highly driven and able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Write clear and concise documentation
  • Fluent in English mandatory; Any other European language is a plus
