Sales Leader (TEPS Vietnam)
Professional Experience:
• 8-10 years in sales in the ICT sector
• At least 3 years selling into the identified TEPS segment in Vietnam:
o Transportation; eg: ACV, CAAV, Vietnam Railways, HCMC Metro, MAUR, Hanoi Metro, Saigo Newport, etc
o Energy; eg: EVN, PVN, etc
o Public Sector; eg: Mindef, Vietnam People’s Public Security (Police), Vietnam Coast Guard, Vietnam Border Defence Force, etc
• Experience managing partners/distributors to the end users
Education qualification:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized university
• MBA would be an added advantage
Personal Qualification:
• Strong leadership quality and ability to motivate/rally team to a common course
• Positive attitude and mindset
• Innovative supported by strong business acumen
• Proven skills in relationship management up to C-level engagement
• Good interpersonal skills and strong believer of team-works
• Self-discipline and well organized
• Strong personal integrity
