Minimum Experience: 12+ years
Education – Bachelors in Sci/Tech, MBA desired but not necessary
Experience & other Requirements –
- Demonstrated ability in identifying automation opportunities and proposing solutions
- Subject matter expertise on various RPA solutions & other automation technologies
- Good understanding of Telecom service operations and basic understanding of various horizontal processes (IT, HR, Finance, FnA etc.)
- Appreciation of machine learning, analytics, cognitive computing, natural language processing etc. and how these can be applied on a real-world business problems
- Prior experience in either customer consulting pre-sales or business development roles will be a plus
