Additional Requirements:
Languages: Spanish Speaker and Fluent English is mandatory.
Wide knowledge in MN portfolio and process, especially in NI.
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications). MBA in Project Management or similar is appreciated. Project Management Education or PMP certification desired.
To be a team player working in a strong virtual networking environment.

Ability to Work and Learn Independently.
Self-Motivator and able to lead small teams in complex objectives.
Strong presentation & communication skills, mentoring / enabling tasks.

Technical Knowledge:
•Understands the product/solution of the project at an appropriate level.
•Understands the state of the art of deployment tasks (site surveys and documentations, site preparation, on site deliveries, installation, commissioning and acceptance) to be able to discuss and lead all project stakeholders.
Nokia PM Processes as relevant for the Roll Out Manager:
•Understands overall quality process and master parts relevant for deployment activities.
•Uses the internal project management methodologies and capabilities, i.e. risk assessment and management, supply chain procedures, etc.
Uses the appropriate corporate tools for:
- the creation and maintenance of the project planning.
- contract management and customer management.
- sub contractor management to insure sub contracted tasks executed in line with Nokia contractual obligations, quality standard within budget.
