The team you’ll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Mobile Networks COO SC Supply Chain Management is an organization of 700 professionals in ~70 countries worldwide. Our main responsibilities are to deliver competitive performance to enable Nokia Mobile Networks’ growth and optimized profitability and cash by ensuring supply capability for entire Hardware (HW) product portfolio according to market requirements and business targets. We provide integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) including risk management (supply, excess & obsolescence).
You will be embedded in a team of demand and supply planning experts, which is striving together for our team goals (e.g. inventory level, excess and obsolescence level, on time delivery). It is naturally for us to constantly support each other, drive best practice sharing and prepare together professional management presentations for risk decision making. 


What you will learn and contribute to

As Order Fulfilment Planner, you are enthusiastic to achieve an optimal order scheduling and

on-time order fulfilment, independent or any existing supply backlogs. You are highly motivated to constantly propose most optimal material allocations for all open orders in the upcoming 8 to 12 weeks achieving the latest delivery plan targets. Your response planner abilities detect any disconnects and risks in our integrated planning and fulfilment processes and you are passionate to present your proposals for mitigation measure to the Management. All your doing is strongly focused on the handling of exceptions along the sales order confirmation process to maximize the order fulfilment rate and minimize lost sales and customer escalations.

 Purpose and Motivation:

Drive order fulfillment for your own specific Radio Access Network product business segment, and provide optimal order allocation output, based on supply availability, customer priority settings and financial business targets.

  • Drive & execute order allocation process and handle all exceptions within the sales order confirmation process for the order range of the next 8-12 weeks

  • Identify deviations in scheduled order dates and related material availability

  • Constantly provide optimal material allocation scenarios to maximize delivery commitment output within order request dates

  • Simulate risks in delivery plan, based on deviations and exception analysis and inform affected stakeholders with potential impacts and optimized mitigation actions

  • Being first level escalation point order fulfilment complaints from the Customer teams for Radio Access Network product business

  • Monitor and analyse supply constraints & backlog analysis to identify continuous process improvement measures

  • Responsible for arranging global material availability and allocation of materials between Distribution Centre (outbound Hub)

  • Set priorities between own Nokia Factories & external manufacturing partner (EMS) for finished goods in relation to component and capacity availability


Your skills and experience 

  • Batcheler’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Organization

  • Driver attitude with excellent presentation skills and professional in interaction with other and senior stakeholders of the supply chain and sales organization

  • Fact-based style with strong analytical skills, which clearly identifies and addresses priorities and respective solution proposals

  • Ability to be flexible and able to work across boundaries and time zones and in an international, cross-functional environment

  • Collaborative work style with strong networking, communication and influencing skills and ability to work independently in its own area 

  • Digitalization and innovation capabilities


  • Very knowledgeable in Supply Chain end-to-end execution processes and excellent understanding of operational models

  • Great problem-Solving skills and quality methodology skills

  • Risk Management and Decision Making

  • Excellent skills in English, both written and oral

  • Strong in Microsoft O365 tools skills including PowerBI as well as SAP/R and supply chain tools e.g. E2PR, Kinaxis
