· Excellent knowledge RDP, Citrix, SSH, etc. connectivity protocols
· Good knowledge of Linux
· Good knowledge of Cisco IOS, (CheckPoint)
· Good knowledge of network security
· Good knowledge of server virtualization (VMware, OpenStack)
· Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and monitoring processes
· Knowledge of telecommunication networks
· Knowledge of script execution
· Knowledge of Oracle database
· Experience of ticketing tools
