Job Summary:
 
The successful applicant is a senior manager who will develop and drive to closure decisions on the most complex end to end strategic business cases for the company’s real estate portfolio.  This includes validation of the overall feasibility at the Nokia level to changes in real estate locations while taking into consideration Business Group and Central Functions requirements.  Once the strategic business cases are approved, the individual would continue to work with the Real Estate market teams on these complex cases to remove barriers that impede execution. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the RE Strategy & Execution Analysts, Markets and Global Functions to identify potential opportunities that could have a significant contribution to the Nokia real estate landscape
  • Leads Strategy & Execution Analysts in gathering applicable Nokia business and real estate data to develop required quantitative and qualitative analysis to build financial models for proposals
  • Responsible for team’s analysis of data cross-functionally to develop the end to end business cases, working with Business Groups and Central functions with a focus on Nokia's overall interest
  • Routinely presents to senior leaders results of financial modeling and analysis and acts as a thought partner to Real Estate, Business Groups, and Corporate Functions
  • Gains broad company agreement on the business cases, actively contributing to shaping Nokia’s real estate footprint
  • Works closely with Real Estate Leadership Team in business case execution with a focus on removing organizational roadblocks
 
The following are key qualifications:
  • Significant experience developing complex business cases, ideally in the field of corporate real estate
  • Strong ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization, including the executive level
  • Results driven individual with experience managing complexity across a diverse set of environments
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively through negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, offering mentoring, guidance and direction
  • Possesses both a strategic and execution mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively prioritizes tasks, balancing multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
  • Continuously meets strict deadlines, while requiring others to do the same, and produces high quality deliverables
  • Superior writing and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant technologies 
Education and Certifications:
  • As obtained an MBA or equivalent degree
  • PMP certification would be desirable
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in an international environment
