Radio Sales Solution Manager
• Consultative selling skills, Communication & Presentation Skills. Presentation experience to a wide spectrum of audience from technical experts to business owners of Telecom Service providers
• Customer engagement experience.
• Mobile broadband networks planning and optimization experience is a plus.
• Having at least 3~5 years of experience in Radio Solutions, where having more is a plus.
• Ability to provide Deep Dive on all Radio Specific Functionality to Customer.
• Solid understanding for Nokia RAN Portfolio and Solutions including Small Cells, WiFi, Controllers…etc.
• Market and operator business understanding.
• In depth knowledge of Radio Technology, Features and functionality.
• Experience in tendering and sales function.
• Basic Financial understanding is a plus.
• Value based marketing skills.
• Knowledge on competition is a plus.
• Fluent English and Thai is a must
• Additional bonus:
experience in backhaul technologies such as fibre, copper and microwave
Radio planning, Synchronisation, RF design, NPO, and utilisation of planning tools such as Atol.
