Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics with specialization in Digital Communications or Digital Signal Processing or equivalent field
- Programming with Matlab, C/C++

Working knowledge of MS Word, Power point, Excel

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and design strategies

Able to collaborate both with the immediate team as well as others in the larger Bell Labs community as need arises

Positive attitude, and ready to take-on challenges

- Solid understanding of radio channel propagation concepts
- Familiarity with NR and LTE standards and 5G concepts
- Capability to test and trial new innovations via putting together suitable hardware and software
- Familiarity with machine learning and data science
