About Mobile Networks

Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management. This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.



Radio HWSW system specification engineer.


Task to take care Radio technical solution and specification. Contribute requirement screening, create Change Requests and bring down requirements effecting architecture into specification.

We’re looking for specification engineer for A&S System Specification Squad team, where you will be working in system, digital hardware and software topics.

His role as HWSW system specification request good understanding for HW and SW dependences.

Person need to work with features like mMIMO, IoT and 5G NR in base station domain. Working with the product development teams (L1 Hw, Sw, Algorithms and testing).

Interested in HW and SW. Capable to co-operate and learn Radio effects considering HW and SW interoperability. Good team working skills. Contribute to Radio specification effecting HW architecture together with related other area specialist. Support implementation and integration.

Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders involved in a project, coaching and leading teams in solving complex engineering problems. Cooperation with software development and software integration engineers within the frame of feature development.


General Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of SW projects.

- Experience in carrier-grade embedded systems development.

- Basic knowledge in FPGA/ASIC design

- General understanding about 4G and 5G radio access network

- Knowledge of RF signal processing

- Effective teamwork, co-operation and communication skills

- Fluent English, both spoken and written


Additional Requirements:

- Good understanding of the SoC (ASIC/FPGA) or Low level SW design flow and process.

- Capability and will to lead and coordinate in technical topics.

- Pro-activity and independent problem solving through own experience and network

- Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in English language.

- MSc/PhD in engineering or computer science.
