We are the Cloud and Network Services AVA Cybersecurity R&D team. We are looking for an R&D leader to enable people to be their best and to rapidly deliver quality software in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for your team and delivering innovative software solutions to ensure a secure, safe, connected world that respects privacy. We build solutions that protect the world's critical communications infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of innovation and using the latest technologies as we deliver SaaS solutions. People are the key to your success and you will challenge and mentor your team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience. Degrees include but are not limited to: Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Considerable experience in telco or tech industry
- Leadership skills that inspire and motivate people to be their best
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Domain experience in one or more of the following: Security, Cloud, Analytics, SaaS, Software Engineering
- Experience with cloud native software stacks and practical implementation experience at scale
- Collaborative nature that spans international borders and organizational boundaries
