Qualification: Qualified lawyer in Israel or European relevant jurisdiction;
- Previous experience as a practicing lawyer (at a top tier international law firm would be a plus);
- Experience: 10-13 years working in a strategic legal counsel role at a global company ideally in the telecommunications / IT industry having worked in complex contracts;
- Languages: English and Hebrew (fluent), other European language (preferlly Greek), would be a plus;
- Demonstrable excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial sense on risk & reward; detailed oriented combined with strategic advise mindset;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, business oriented, can-do attitude, driven, committed.
